Home practice and rehearsal preparation for Sept. 28-29

Learn YOUR assigned part BEFORE you arrive at rehearsal.

Rehearsal time should be used to put the music together.

We Love Music - Paul Kwami - Learn part marked "Children"

Evening Prayer - Humperdinck - Be prepared to sing one on a part - SA

He's Got the Whole World in His Hands - All sing melody all verses - Memorize. Breathe only after the word "hand". Secure pitches - 2nd line "He's" is sung on "mi" NOT "sol".

Learn the first four pages of "Hallelujah Chorus" with solfege & words - SA

 

Cavalieri Choir

Lord Don't Move the Mountain - sing from memory

 

Pro Arte Choir

Wade in the Water - Be prepared to sing one on a part from memory.

Evening Prayer - Humperdinck - Be prepared to sing one on a part from memory.

Song of the Stars - learn rhythms and solfege (write in counts and syllables as needed)
